Tailor Made Consulting based in Dreieich (Frankfurt) is one of the leading international representative agencies for luxury hotels, destination agencies and event locations worldwide with a focus on sales & marketing. Our customers in the D/A/CH region include well-known event agencies, corporate customers, luxury tour operators and high-quality travel agencies.

The focus of our agency work is initiating business contacts in the MICE sector and high-quality leisure tourism, supported by a wide range of sales and marketing activities. 


For our team in Dreieich (Frankfurt) we are looking for a part-time (10-20 hours/week) employee (m/f/d) for

Office Management & Sales Support



  • General administrative activities

  • Correspondence with our customers and partners in Germany, Europe & worldwide

  • Support in organizing sales calls, events & trade fairs, webinars, product training, fact-finding trips

  • Telephone prospecting and telemarketing

  • Support in the creation of market analyses, statistics and reports

  • Creation of newsletters and website texts

  • Creating presentations and invitations

  • Maintenance and updating of the Tailor Made Consulting webpage, the CRM database as well as Facebook, Instagram and Xing

  • Processing of booking inquiries in the FIT and MICE area as well as coordination with customers and partners




  • Professional experience in office organization and administration, knowledge or enthusiasm for organizing travel is desirable

  • Organizational talent, pro-active thinking, self-responsible work

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages (Spanish, French) are an advantage

  • Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office programs and social media

  • Reliability, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working

  • Cultivated manners and a good feeling for our demanding customers and partners
